This information may be used to keep you informed of relevant services or upcoming events. A list of attendee names and associated firms may be disclosed to other attendees and prospective attendees of TABOR conferences or events. Please email TABOR at if you wish to opt out of participation in any potential lists. Attendees of TABOR conferences may have their names and associated firm names disseminated via multiple media types in conjunction with any past, current or future TABOR conferences or events. TABOR does not share or disclose any nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties, except if required by law or if necessary as part of the conference registration process, including affiliated events of any TABOR conference or event.
Terms and Conditions:
Unrelated TABOR Events: TABOR conference attendees, including Sponsors, Managers, Family Offices, Speakers or anyone in attendance, are NOT permitted to invite other TABOR attendees to any non-TABOR events at the conference location or an outside location on any date corresponding with the conference, including non-TABOR events that would take place prior or after TABOR’s scheduled daily activities, without the written permission of TABOR Capital Conferences.
Attendee Representation: Each attendee must be an "Accredited Investor" per Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. Additionally, each attendee must be either a "Qualified Client" under Rule 205-3 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 or a "Qualified Purchaser" under the Investment Company Act of 1934. Or each attendee must represent an organization that meets the above criteria.

Limitation of Liability: Excluding any liability of TABOR for willful misconduct or gross negligence, attendees agree that in no event shall TABOR or related entities be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue investment or losses in connection with the use of the TABOR website or in conjunction with any TABOR conferences or events, whether or not authorized and regardless of whether such damages arise in tort, contract or otherwise, even if TABOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a court should find TABOR liable for any losses, damages or expenses under this agreement, TABOR’s aggregate liability under this agreement, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed $1,500.

Indemnification: TABOR conference attendees shall indemnify and hold TABOR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of TABOR and its affiliates harmless from and against all costs, claims, demands, losses, expenses, attorney’s fees and liabilities of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by such TABOR conference attendees (1) arising out of, or in connection with, any third party claim, demand or cause of action based upon or in connection with attending any TABOR conference or relationships made at a TABOR conference; (2) breach of any attendee’s obligations, representations, warranties or covenants under this Agreement; (3) any allegation that TABOR’s use of any information provided by conference attendees in connection with its use of the information infringes or otherwise violates the intellectual property, proprietary or other rights of, or has caused harm to, a third party; and/or (4) attendees' gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Invitation Only / Registration Verification: Registration for all TABOR conferences is by invitation only. All attendees are subject to verification by TABOR. Approved attendees are not permitted to invite anyone from outside the approved attendee’s Firm, including Third Party Marketers (TPMs), outside marketing professionals or any other vendors or “outsiders”. Spouses of the Investment Managers are not permitted to attend any portion of the TABOR Conferences, unless they are one of the paid attendees representing the Investment Manager. If you have any questions, please ask TABOR before registering for the event.
Intellectual Property: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, all attendees hereby consent to being a part of any potential photographs, videos or other documentation taken at any TABOR conference or event. All attendees authorize the use and reproduction of such photographs, videos or other documentation by TABOR or any person or firm authorized by TABOR. All such photographs, videos or other documentation, including any and all intellectual property in connection with all TABOR conferences, shall be the sole property of TABOR. To the extent such ownership rights vest in you by operation of law or otherwise, all attendees hereby assign all rights, title and interest in such intellectual property to TABOR. The attendee hereby expressly releases TABOR, and its assignees, agents and employees from all privacy, defamation or other claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of any of the above.
Photography, Video and Recording: No photographs, video recordings or audio recordings are allowed without the express written permission of TABOR.
Access Requirements: Attendees should advise TABOR of any special access requirements at the time of registration.
Refund and Transfer Policy: All Registration and Sponsorship fees are final and there are no refunds; however, attendees may nominate an alternate person from their organization to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Conference and Sponsorship Fees: Conference fees and Sponsorship fees are subject to change without notice.
Attendee Cancellations: TABOR, nor its affiliates, nor its employees accepts responsibility for travel and accommodations costs or other losses incurred by attendees if any such has to cancel for any reason. TABOR recommends that all attendees secure appropriate insurance coverage.
Alterations to the Conference: TABOR reserves the right to make alterations to the Conference itinerary, venue, timing and presenters / speakers.
Conference Cancellation: TABOR strives to hold all conferences as scheduled. However, due to unforeseen market circumstances, Acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event 30 days or more prior to its start date. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as a conference has been canceled or rescheduled via email or phone, and in the case of a canceled event, process full refunds for paid registrations and sponsorships. TABOR Capital Conferences, LLC is not liable for any travel-related or other expenses incurred by attendees in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled conference.
Attendee Meetings: TABOR guarantees to schedule each First-Time-Attending Manager at least eight Family Office/Investor meetings during the conference after all registrations have been processed; however, TABOR is not able to guarantee that all Family Offices/Investors will actually attend the conference or their scheduled meetings, thus potentially causing the First-Time-Attending Managers actual number of meetings to be less than eight. TABOR does not guarantee that each scheduled meeting will be a completely new introduction, it is very possible that Investment Managers may know or have preexisting relationships with some of Family Offices/Investors at the Conference. Family Offices/Investors may also cancel scheduled meetings at the conference after hearing the Investment Manager presentations which could cause an Investment Managers scheduled number of meetings to be less than eight, which is out of the control of TABOR. There is no guaranteed number of meetings for Investment Managers that are attending their second or subsequent TABOR conference.
Investment Manager Strategies: TABOR may invite Investment Managers to the conference that have similar or overlapping strategies.
Attendance Numbers: TABOR strives to invite 50 Family Offices and 30 Investment Managers to each event, but TABOR does not guarantee the final attendance numbers.
Hotel Reservations: Each Attendee is personally responsible for booking their own hotel room and all associated costs. TABOR highly encourages booking your room right away. TABOR does not guarantee hotel availability. If an Attendee decides to cancel their attendance at a TABOR Conference, that Attendee is responsible for notifying the hotel and complying with the hotel's cancelation policy. TABOR is not responsible for any fees or expenses related to Attendees' individual room reservations or potential cancelation fees.
Transportation: Each Attendee is personally responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference. TABOR recommends that all attendees secure appropriate travel insurance coverage.

TABOR Capital Conferences Code of Conduct Policy:
Treat others with respect, and be honest and ethical in any dealings with other attendees
Respect the confidentiality of others
Avoid excessive questioning or direct sales pitches that are aggressive or inappropriate
Do NOT invite others to the Conference or any specific TABOR events without prior approval from TABOR Capital Conferences
Report inappropriate behavior or any uninvited guests to a TABOR representative
This Policy is not able to address every potential situation, so please exercise professional judgment and common sense when attending any TABOR conference

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
TABOR Capital Conferences, LLC (“TABOR”) will work with the hotels and other conference venues to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, TABOR cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of traveling to any upcoming TABOR Conferences or Events, staying at conference hotels, participating in any TABOR Conference or Event and all related networking events, meals, meetings and activities. Further, attending any TABOR Conference or Event could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By registering for any TABOR Conference or in-person TABOR Event you acknowledge, understand and accept the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending any TABOR Conference or Event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at any TABOR Conference or Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, hotel employees, TABOR employees, volunteers, speakers, activity coordinators, event planners, other conference attendees and anyone you come into contact with during your travels to and from the conference or as a result of your participation in any TABOR Conference or Event.
By registering for any TABOR Conference or Event you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance and participation in any TABOR Conference or Event (“Claims”). On your behalf, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless TABOR, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of TABOR, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any TABOR Conference or Event.
By registering for any TABOR Conference or Event you also voluntarily agree to abide by all local laws and regulations related to COVID-19.
If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
